Where do you ship?
Ugly Milano delivers globally*, with each order dispatched with express service to ensure it reaches you swiftly and in excellent condition, wherever you choose to receive it.
When will my items be shipped?
All Ugly leather products are exclusively handcrafted to order. We ask for your patience during the 15 business days required for production, as we commit to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every piece.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders over 400 euros. For orders below this amount, shipping fees vary by destination:
- Italy: Free shipping
- Europe: Free shipping
- International (including USA and Canada): 30 euros
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
Yes, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to their order. These fees are beyond our control and can vary widely depending on your local customs regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details. Please be aware that if duties are not paid and the order is returned to us, it will be cancelled without a refund.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, so please be patient if your package isn’t immediately "in transit."
What if I fail to pick up my parcel?
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, you will be required to pay for shipping again to have the order re-sent. If you do not arrange for the parcel to be resent within a month of its return, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
