Who are we?

We’re Federico and Giorgio (just call me Gio),
Just two guys with a passion for sexuality and unapologetic self-expression.

We started Ugly because we believe beauty is overrated, and what’s real, raw, and daring is way more interesting. Our accessories are designed to give you the freedom to show off who you really are—whether that’s at a party, in the bedroom, or just strutting down the street.

Each piece is crafted by hand here in our Milan based LAB, blending high-quality leather with pure intention.

Let’s talk leather:

We care about the planet, so we use only LWG-certified leather sourced from the meat industry to keep things sustainable and honest. We get it—animals shouldn’t die for fashion. But if they already do for food, we make a conscious choice to use leather rather than what’s often marketed as “vegan” leather.

Here’s the deal with vegan leather: it’s usually just plastic in a nice disguise. Most vegan leather falls apart in a few months, and that synthetic waste doesn’t break down well in the environment.
We’re committed to making accessories that last, that wear beautifully over time—not ones that end up as landfill. But we’re also not shutting the door on vegan options—we’re always on the lookout for high-quality, eco-friendly alternatives as the materials evolve.

We’re here for those who want to push boundaries and live with pride in their own skin.
